This website is a concept preview of Sorrel Sanctuary, a proposed Health & Wellbeing Centre at Mount Sorrel, Redbog, Blessington, Co. Kildare. The centre is not yet operating and does not yet have planning permission.
Everything shown here is illustrative. Booking, enquiry, referral and application controls are demonstrations only, they do not send, receive or store any information. Events, role listings and case examples are representative samples, not live offerings. Photographic images are indicative placeholders, as the centre is not yet built. Contact email and phone details are clearly-marked placeholders.
Director names (Aaron Browne, Margaret Lawrie, Michelle Browne) are used as named in the project's planning and enterprise submissions. Professional advisors are described by role only.
Accessibility
We want this site to be usable by as many people as possible, and we've built it to target the WCAG 2.2 AA standard, the level expected of public-sector and healthcare websites.
Steps we've taken include:
- Semantic HTML with proper headings, landmarks and lists
- A "skip to content" link and full keyboard navigation
- Visible focus states on all interactive elements
- Text and interface colours checked for AA contrast
- Labels tied to every form field, with clear required-field marking
- Alt text on meaningful images, and graceful fallback when images can't load
- Respect for the "reduce motion" setting in your device or browser
When the centre is operating, this statement will be reviewed and kept current, and we'll add a route to report any access problems.
Feedback
Because this is a preview, the contact form is a demonstration and won't reach anyone. When Sorrel Sanctuary is live, accessibility feedback will be welcomed and acted on.
