As the centre grows, so will our team. The roles below are indicative of our future operating structure, not live vacancies, shown so you can see the kind of organisation we're building.

Leadership

Centre Manager

Purpose: lead day-to-day operations, safety and quality across the centre. You'd bring: operational leadership, ideally in health, wellbeing or hospitality, and a calm, people-first style. We offer: a founding role shaping how the centre runs.

Clinical / therapeutic

Counsellor / Psychotherapist

Purpose: deliver one-to-one and group therapeutic support within clear professional boundaries. You'd bring: accreditation with a recognised body and relevant experience. We offer: a well-held setting and multidisciplinary colleagues.

Clinical / therapeutic

Physiotherapist

Purpose: provide physiotherapy within programmes and one-to-one sessions. You'd bring: CORU registration and relevant experience. We offer: varied work in a nature-based, preventative setting.

Programmes

Programme Facilitator

Purpose: lead group programmes, mindfulness, movement, breathwork, nature connection. You'd bring: facilitation experience and relevant qualifications. We offer: a chance to deliver work that genuinely helps people.

Grounds & facilities

Grounds & Facilities Lead

Purpose: care for the land, trails, gardens and facilities, including biodiversity. You'd bring: grounds or estate experience and an eye for the environment. We offer: stewardship of a beautiful rural site.

Operations

Administrator / Coordinator

Purpose: coordinate bookings, scheduling and participant communication. You'd bring: strong organisation and a warm, clear manner. We offer: a central role in a small, close team.

We expect to welcome volunteers across community programmes, events and grounds work, a way to be part of Sorrel Sanctuary and support wellbeing in the local area. Register interest below.
