For individuals & small groups

Residential Retreats

Immersive multi-day programmes combining rest, therapeutic input, movement, nature and reflection in a fully held residential setting.

What happens
Structured days of guided sessions, therapeutic activity, nature time and shared meals, with space to slow down.
Outcomes
Reduced stress, practical self-management skills, and a reset that lasts beyond the stay.

Day Programmes

Accessible one-day experiences for people who want the benefit of a structured programme without an overnight stay.

What happens
A themed day, movement, breathwork, nature and reflection, facilitated end to end.
Outcomes
A practical toolkit to take home and an approachable first step into the centre.

Established mindfulness, movement and nature connection.

Therapeutic Services

One-to-one services delivered by qualified practitioners: counselling, physiotherapy, massage, reiki, sound therapy and play therapy.

What happens
Private, appointment-based sessions matched to the person's needs and goals.
Outcomes
Targeted support for physical and emotional health, within clear professional boundaries.
Evidence note
Established counselling and physical therapies. Complementary therapies are offered for relaxation and wellbeing, not as medical treatment.

Health & Wellbeing

Practices that build physical and mental resilience: breathwork, meditation, yoga, cold-water therapy, sauna and sound.

What happens
Facilitated sessions with clear guidance, safe technique and appropriate screening.

Better stress regulation, sleep and recovery, and skills people can keep using.

Nature & Equine Wellbeing

Nature-connection and equine-assisted wellbeing experiences that use the land, the animals and the outdoors as part of the programme, not a backdrop to it.

Calmer nervous-system regulation, presence and connection, grounded in green-space research.
